Syngenta debuts Minecto Alpha and Taegro in Italy

Syngenta has announced important products for crop protection this year, Minecto Alpha and Taegro, and despite the necessary precautions and limitations wants to present them to all its interlocutors to ensure that Italian agriculture continues to guarantee extraordinary quality food every day that the whole world appreciates.

Minecto Alpha is an innovative mixture that combines cyantraniliprole, a specific insecticide for the control of whiteflies, thrips, aphids and lepidoptera of horticultural crops with acibenzolar-S-methyl, which activates the plant's self-defense.

Taegro is a new biological fungicide of natural origin, based on Bacillus amyloliquefaciens strain FZB24. Thanks to the FZB24 strain, it differs significantly in terms of characteristics and uses from other solutions in the market. With a broad spectrum of action, it is indicated for the protection of vines and horticultural crops from botrytis, powdery mildew, bremia and sclerotinia, both within integrated pest management programs and in organic agriculture.
